I had an issue with placing an order at the wrong sonic (completely my fault for not double checking the location), so I called to see if it could be transferred. I was told no I could either pick it up at that location or have the order cancelled, and then was promptly hung up on. I did not want to go through the ordeal of the process of refunding of my card, so I drove to the other sonic (302 Ms-12 E). when I arrive it allowed me to enter my stall number and then the screen on the stall said there was an error and to hit the button. I was then rudely told that my order was canceled and that I would have to place it again. I asked if it would be refunded and they told me I had to go through a website to refund it. i was confused because how would you be able to cancel an order, but I would have to go through the website to receive my refund? They had turned off the mic at this point. I called the store to talk to the manager on duty, and I was met with even more anger from her. Immediately after I called I also had a carhop come out to try to talk to me at the same time as well, may I mention that I had already been there for 20 minutes and had not had a second glance from the carhop previously, and I had both of them telling me that they could not refund me and to place my order again. The car hop left while still on the phone with the manager. Mid sentence I was hung up on by the manager. I was flabbergasted because I have never been treated so poorly at any restaurant nor fast food service before. I traveled back to the original sonic I was at (913 Ms12) and was treated so well and kindly. They were appalled that this occurred and helped me get their location and district number. I placed an online order & when I arrived to pick it up they brought it out missing all of the sauces I selected and also refused to put relish on my sons hotdog because it was in the wacky pack. Even though my online order showed where I ordered it with relish. They said I would have to pay extra outside of what I already paid online, which had the relish listed along with all of my other sauces they refused to give me. So disappointed they couldn’t just give me what was on my order that I paid for as I stood there talking to the manager while my 4 year old son cried and screamed in the car waiting to eat. This is what he asked for after his dentist appointment and they wouldn’t even give the correct order. We eat sonic frequently and I promise will never be back at this location. My advice would be to go to a different location if you want what you pay for and want to be treated properly, no professionalism here whatsoever. Read moreI arrived at Sonic and pushed the red button about 10-12 minutes before close. Had the employees just told me they were closing and couldn't serve me, I'd have understood. Really. I get wanting to go home, not staying late over one order.
Instead they just left me in a waiting status. Funny thing, at 8PM when they were closed, they immediately reset my waiting screen. And when I pushed the button again, I got a response in seconds this time- to tell me the store is closed.
