You need to park in the parking lot across the street at the strip mall, and note that that parking lot does have handicap parking, and there is a wheelchair accessible route from that parking lot, across the street with a curb cut and crosswalk to a wheelchair accessible curb cut into the park. The park is wheelchair friendly, which makes it stroller friendly. I am legally blind and a little wobbly on my feet, and I found it easy to walk around. The trees throughout the park made it nice and shady, and I have albinism, and I didn't find it too hot or demanding. Dogs are allowed, and do bring your poop pick up bags.
