Poor customer service when dealing with the delivery team. 1ST and last time ordering from this place.They will drop ur mattress off and go. Even if u told them they had to come the waiting time they r suppose to come. The Kevin sales man could care less. Then I ask for the delivery team mangers info, "Mr. Kevin is gonna say u got ur stuff right"? So what do u need the delivery managers info for. So he went silent on the phone. Instead u should have gave the mangers contact info like I ask. So I got off the phone, Because if u didn't see the issue u don't need to be in a leadership position. Never seen him in person but he sounds like a black man. Let it had been a white person asking for a managers number, Or having to deal with what I had to it would've went different.

I would like to send my sincere regards to Mr Kevin Byrd this man is extremely knowledgeable about not only mattresses but anatomy and science of the human body and how it relates to sleeping! He could easily do a TedTalk on sleeping. Kevin is a sleep Guru really and even though I didn’t purchase a mattress from warehouse yet, it didn’t matter, he was more interested in giving the correct information and he took his time to explain to me and issue with my back issue and which mattress was most suitable for my back situation. I am on a 90 day sleep trial with different company currently however, once completed it is a strong possibility I will return to warehouse to purchase a bespoke mattress all thanks to Kevin. I had planned to spend the afternoon shopping for a new mattress, but I ended up buying one from the first place I went. After spending some time speaking with Kevin, I felt comfortable purchasing my new mattress.and adjustable base. I found Kevin to be very knowledgeable in regards to the "body mattress connection."
