Honestly wasn't even looking to buy a mattress. Went in to look for sheets and they told me they had a sale going on. Said to feel free to lay down or even sleep on some of the mattresses. Fell in love with a mattress that was almost half off. Thought it was a really good deal, they walked me through the process of picking out a mattress, pillows, and warranty information. Very nice folks and atmosphere. If you're planning on buying sheets/bedding there, they have a very small selection. You'd be better off going somewhere else for that. Walked away with a brand new mattress, free delivery, free inclining/adjustable frame, two cooling pillows, a 10 year manufacturer warranty, and a 5 year additional full replacement warranty for $1,200 with...

I'm completely new when it comes to buying a mattress from a store. My Daughter's Birthday was coming up at the end of the month and she had hinted she wanted the purple brand . Well I thought I'd better do some research. Parked in front of a Hobby Lobby in Statesboro Ga. On the phone calling the closet Mattress Firm store in Pooler Ga. I Thought. Looked up an across the road was a brand new Mattress Firm. Entering the store, I met a gentleman named Bruce. From that point on it went great. Bruce explained exactly what I needed to know about the mattress world. Boxed, springs, foam. gel. Etc. After 4 undecided trips I left with just the mattress I wanted. And being totally clueless.
