After getting home to Glennville, one of the Christmas gifts I bought wasn't in either bag. So I had to make a special trip back to Ollie's in Statesboro. Once I got there, they had to go back through the camera to make sure what I was saying was the truth. And of course, I was. But they could not find it. She asked me if I wanted a refund, and I told her I wanted to look around some more. Undoubtedly, she did not hear that because she came back with an attitude, thinking I wanted a refund. When I told her no, I told you I wanted to look around some more. She told the cashier with an attitude from hell just to go on to your break. She doesn't want no refund. Now mind you, this is the assistant manager or manager. After all this and the attitude, their gracious, patient, and iwonderful employee Teresa kept looking the iwhole time this crap was going on. Found a few things that i bought...store was very very unorganized. Stuff still in boxes....things laying around where they didnt belong. Asked the lady working there if she had the key to restroom. She was working by the restrooms putting up pans and she acted like i was an inconvience. Told me the key was at front and never offered to go and get it. Never told me where at front just said front. She finally said something about waiting and then she would go get it. Told her to just forget it. And i walked away. There was 2 lines when i went to check out...there was only 2 registers open but they got everyone checked out real quickly. The buggy i had had a bar on the front of it...to keep ppl from taking it outside. The bar kept falling and i finally had to just hold it to be able to walk through store with it. Horrible experience while checking out will not be returning. I was purchasing a pet toy that had a USB cable & catnip included it clearly stated this on the package the USB cord was zip tied secured to the package as it was supposed to be the lady ringing us up as she was bagging our things proceeded w/o saying a word to rip the USB cable off the pet toy package & place it next to her register when I said excuse me but that's included with the toy she just rudely said I was just checking mind you she didn't say one word when she ripped the cord off the pet toy I purchased so how was she just checking? Very unprofessional she could have looked and read the package instead of what I'm assuming she thought we were trying to steal a stupid cheapo...
