Prom Bae — Local services in Statesboro

I didn’t actually purchase a dress from here, but I had such an incredible experience I had to write about it. I am attending my husbands barristers ball and after weeks of searching, I have not been able to find a dress.

I called this store to see if they had a few of the dresses that I was interested in, the bubbly, kind receptionist was able to check and see what they had in their store. Sadly she told me that none of those dresses were in their location but she would have her boss check and see if they could be ordered and she let me know that she would give me a call back.

Most of the time that doesn’t happen, people get busy and they aren’t able to return your calls. But just an hour later I got a call back and she let me know that those dresses could not be ordered. Also that her boss wouldn’t feel comfortable trying to get me a dress by May 25, Because of current shipping delays.

Talk about great customer service. They gave me bad news, but they delivered it in a way that was upfront, helpful, and honest. I think anyone would be lucky to do business here and I know when I’m shopping for dresses in the future they’ll be the first ones...

Madame Couture's was overall one of the best experiences I have had ever had at a boutique. Not only did they have a very plentiful and gorgeous dress selection, that staff we very friendly, consistently helpful, and gave honest feedback. Samatha helped my daughter with her dress and helped her feel a lot more comfortable and find the dress that best suited her. Mrs. Maria is truly absolutely an amazing individual, from the way she runs her shop to how she helps girls find the perfect dress for their event, everything about my experience here was superb and I was even able to find my daughter the perfect dress for her prom here and we had visited several other boutiques but none of them had the same positive energy or atmosphere that Madam Couture's offers. Prom Bae was absolutely wonderful to do business with. My daughter picked out a certain prom dress but unfortunately we could not find her size. I called around 25 stores looking for it. I came across Prom Bae website and it showed they had it in stock so I ordered online. The owner called me the following day and explained that they did not have the size I was looking for in stock and that it was unavailable at the manufacturer’s warehouse also. Instead of ending the call there she took the time to get some details and measurements from me and assured me the size down would fit my daughter best (which was in stock). She shipped the dress quickly and I received it 3 days later. Tried it on and it fits perfectly! The size I wanted would have been too big anyways. Top notch...
