I just wanted to take a minute to tell you about the delivery guy Mitch from your store. He has been to my house several times, and he always has a smile on his face and very pleasant. He knew my mom's name and even the names of my dogs. He knew what he had come to my house the times before, and even asked how things were working since he fixed it right. He came in brought the new item into my home and made sure everything was in its proper place and put things together, cleaned up after himself. He even asked how our Thanksgiving was. He is a true joy to have in our home and he usually is the face you see when you leave Aaron's. If anything goes wrong with the products I have from your store, or if I need anything new, I will only ask for Mitch to come to my home. Thank you Mitch for remembering my mom's name and showing her so much respect and kindness. Thank you for treating my house as if it was your own, and thank you for being such an amazing person to have a conversation with. You know your job, and you realize above everything else customer service is the one thing that keeps a busy running. You are a true delight. With people like Mitch working for your company, other people will realize that it isn't just about the money you bring in, but it's more about caring about your customers, and that is why I will continue to only come back to...

I have never used a lease to own before but I could not be happier...from store to delivery, everything has been A+ service...and when you consider it is basically free financing their prices are quite comparable, especially if you aren't able to pay in full or with their 120 days same as cash...one item was not working how I had hoped, no fault of Aaron's but I felt bad returning it and they had no problem let me know that is why it is leasing...which is another plus, if you purchase something and end up not being fully satisfied elsewhere you are stuck with it...I will continue to do business with Aaron's and the Sterling Illinois store...Thanks Nathan at the store and Mitch and Craig for my most recent delivery...everyone is always polite and professional...I would definitely recommend the...

I have never had a bad experience with Aaron's, and this experience was great just like always. I ordered a mattress set and had it delivered. The employees I dealt with at the store were very nice and helpful, and so were the delivery men. The delivery men Adam and Corey were polite and fast. When Adam arrived at my home he introduced himself and waited a safe distance from my door until he was invited in, he professionally and nicely asked me where I wanted my mattress and gave me a run down of how they would set it up which I appreciated They assembled the bed and had us make sure it was exactly where we wanted it before leaving.
