Everytime I go to this one, the cashier says, "its gonna ask you a question." (In the drive through, about tips.) Never mentions tip, just asking a question. So I dont leave tips there anymore. But today was something else. 6:50am. Ordered a latte & 3 muffins. She was already irritated bz she was listening to what people were ordering & also seemed to be dripping in disdain, about me adding on the muffins, at the window. She says, "its gonna a ask you a question. You can take this." (handing me the filthy debit machine) I said, "No, Im not touching that thing." At this point, my card is in & we are in a struggling match about the machine. Her response, "I can't touch it either." I literally just needed her to hold it. I told her I was going to give a cash tip. She was so busy not paying attention to even listen to me. I took my card out & told her to cancel my order. To which she said, "Really?" I said. "Yep, no thank you." And just drove away. I went 15 min to Dixon & none of that happened. The girl had dramatic blond & brown hair mixed together. I won't go back to this Starbucks. I am sure its the same regional manager. But wow, what a difference. Sadly, since Sterling is such a small town. 7 Brew it is! Never disappointed...
Read moreI visited Starbucks in Sterling and ordered 4 drinks the 1 I ordered was a vente hot white choc mocha no whip. When I drove home to rockfalls I took a drink and it tasted like hot chocolate. I looked at ticket and it said hot choc. So I called and she said they would replace it so I drove back and in drive thru told her I got a hot choc instead of vente h wcm no whip. She said pull around. I got up to the window she said this is with espresso you wanted espresso right. I said I don’t think so. I ordered a vente hot whit chocolate mocha no whip. She said ok we weren’t sure , so here you go sorry about that. I preceded to ask if this is the right drink and she shut the drive thru window and wouldn’t let me finish talking. I thought wow that’s rude, she had black long curly hair. So I left and drank some of my coffee and it wasn’t what I ordered. I’m not going back. This happens around 10am on December 25, 2018. Read moreI usually never have issues however today was something I never thought I’d see issues about. I went into the lobby with my parents who are home for the holidays and we ordered everything was fine however when my mom went up to the counter to ask this one girl who has bright pink hair to put more ice in her cup as there was a bit of room left in the cup. Apparently as I was watching the whole time the girl seemed to get very aggravated at the fact she asked for more ice and then she did just that but because she seemed to have an issue with the whole thing she slammed the lid on the cup and the cup spilled all over and then she very visibly got upset and started slamming the ice lids and what not closed. Then when we got the new drink made the lid the slammed onto the cup and was cracked. I personally never have any issues however I think that kind of attitude is completely unprofessional and down right rude.
