UScellular & T-Mobile Store — Local services in Sterling

It's been my pleasure to be a customer over the past 8 years except, as all businesses lose quality customer service employees, so has the Sterling store. My friends and I used to be able to go into the store, ask one of the men behind the counter a question and they had the expertise and knowledge to help us immediately. Now recently I've found that those employees have left the store for one reason or another. One left as the company hired a manager that has the most unpleasant and grumpy behavior my friends and I have experienced. Just got off the phone with corporate, and they recommended I contact my local store to confirm something. I called the Sterling US Cellular and the man I spoke with on the phone was very short with me. When I asked a question, he cut me off and before the conversation was through, he told me bye and hung up.
