I just received an order for 12 cupcakes that I placed to celebrate my daughter starting a new job and life across the country. I am so angry and so disappointed, the whole box is a big mess! The whole top of the shipping box was soaked like it sat out in the rain. The cupcakes look like they were thrown upside down and all around. Fondant pieces were broken off, the mermaid tail was broken in half, frosting on one had a big dent in it like something had laid on it, the key lime cupcake was supposed to have a candied piece of lime on it but the plastic cover smashed whatever was on it which didn't look like it ever was a piece of lime because it melted onto the plastic cover. As if all that wasn't enough customer service acted like they couldn't care less, not even an apology just asked if I wanted a credit issued or 12 more cupcakes. No I don't want 12 more! The first 12 should have been packed and shipped properly in the first place! I have had these shipped before so I know it can be done but this order looks nothing like all those pristine cupcake pictures on their website. I will think twice before ordering...
Read more20250820 I received a dozen of cupcakes today! What a surprise from a company I hired. Because the cupcakes were going to be delivered while I am away, I had the package redirected to one of the nearby FedEx locations. The package was still cold when I picked it up at 7:35 pm. The cupcakes were in excellent condition, and I discovered what the lollipop sticks in the cupcakes are for... to pick them up from the box! They thought of everything. The bad reviews are probably from people who left the package of cupcakes outside between delivery and pickup. With various outdoor temperature, unless they are packaged with dry ice or delivered in the Winter, there is always a chance the icing would melt. No fault of this company. Anyway, I don't need 12 cupcakes, so I treated 2 employees at FedEx, and the joy I got seeing them excited was priceless. I'm going to give 4 to the 4 baristas at Starbucks that I go to pretty much everyday that work. Can't wait to see their happy faces...
Read moreI ordered the august birthday bundle for my sister and chose the shipping option as I’ve seen these delivered and no problems! They arrived on my shipping date, melted, super warm, and the label looked as if the delivery driver stepped on the box.
I sent an email, no response. I decided to call to follow up and they sent a replacement order. I wasn't comfortable with the delivery but that was my only option since I’m unable to pick them up from the distribution center. :(. So I gave it another chance and they arrived in the exact same condition! So disappointing!!! Not even in a cooling bag, just not worth $70.00!!
I tried calling and was hold for over 20 mins, so I sent another email requesting a refund. I did call the main office in Georgetown but all issues need to be resolved at this location.
