What an incredible experience my wife and I had working with Fernando. We had been looking for several months for a kitchen table and hutch. We were in the midst of moving and he found a kitchen set that fit perfectly with our new house. The only question was if the hutch topper would work. Fernando said for us to see if it worked and if it didn't he would be willing to store the topper for us in their warehouse for as long as we needed. Who does that? That was truly amazing. We also found a couple pictues that we liked but couldn't make up our mind on how it would look. Fernando had his folks deliver the picture to our house so we could make the right decision. They pack a lot of really nice high-quality furniture into this showroom. We worked with the store manager who helped us find the console table that had been eluding us for many months. She knew her stuff and even though we didn’t buy something off the floor she helped us find the right piece through a catalog they had. She was able to figure out our tastes really quickly and knew exactly what to recommend. Poor Customer Service! Had an experience similar to Jeff's. Bought a custom table that turned out different than what we ordered. The issue had more to do with the lighting in the store (absolutely awful, even/especially with the redesign of the store) than with the actual order. We've purchased from IMI in the past and despite our loyalty, were told by the sales manager and the owner that we were out of luck and they wouldn't lift a finger to help us.
