Maison Warehouse — Local services in Sterling

First time using Annie Sloan chalk paint, and the last from this location. I spent $227 at this store buying paint, wax and $100 in brushes. I went back today, 6 days later to return black wax or at least exchange for clear. No Refunds and No exchanges. This information is on a 5x7 card beside register and at bottom of receipt AFTER the first sentence of "A receipt dated within 7 days of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges for store credit only. Figured I could in the least exchange it for a can of clear. I suggest pointing this out to customers at time of purchase, or train your sales people when dealing with customers who are using for the first time to purchase what is needed and can always come back, BECAUSE it is non refundable, NO exchanges AND VERY EXPENSIVE! First time going to Maison Warehouse. It literally is in a warehouse looking building so don't be turned away from the appearance when driving up. Once stepping into the shop it has the feel of an upscale boutique home furnishing store. Very clean, polished, chic. If you love topiary decor this is the place to go! An interior decorators dream! The shop is decorated more for the holidays right now so there were trees with ornaments and various trinkets displayed all over the showroom. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because no one greeted me upon arrival or most of the time while I was in there. When I had a question I did ask a sales representative for help and she nicely helped me look for an item and then proceeded to ring my items up.
