11/21/18 - 7:31pm - Ticket #1324 Drive thru order placed. 6 Nashville Hot Chicken Littles no mayo, pickle only. Tender box meal with sauce. Drive 25 minutes home. No sauce for tender meal. All 6 sandwiches made incorrectly. Called and spoke with Roberta. Sandwiches plus two small sides and 3 cookies for compensation placed in "book" with my name for future pick up at no charge. Arrive 11/25 at drive thru speaker to pick up order. Staff was unbelievably rude, was told to pull to window. Met by he rude coworker, asking order details. Details were given. She closed the window, pointing at my car and throwing her hands, this happens twice. Roberta, whom I had spoke to on the 21st came to the window, to ask a question. I told her that the attitude of the woman just speaking to me was uncalled for, to which she replied "Yes, I know, I handled it." Order was given to me. (Should have known better than to drive all the way home again without checking but, I did) WRONG AGAIN. What were to be 6 NASHVILLE HOT chicken littles no mayo, were 6 regular chicken littles, no mayo. WhenI called back again, whoever answered the phone was once again, rude as could be, and told me to "wait a minute" lays phone down and I could hear her in the back ground " SOMEONES GOING TO HAVE TO TALK TO HER ABOIT THE NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN LITTLES, HER PHONES BREAKING UP" after a few seconds I speak with Roberta again, who tells me it was her fault, that she told the staff to make them that way, and next time I come back (THE 3rd TIME) to make sure I specify the are to be Nashville hot. All I could do was laugh, I had my reciept with me, which they didn't ask for, and I had told the first ignorant woman with th attitude issue at the window "Yes, 6 Nashville hot chicken littles, no mayo" They have truly displayed the definition of terrible customer service, and incompetence. Very, very unfortunate. My husbands favorite fast food joint. I'm just a customer trying to get what I paid for, I was not rude or ignorant, although the "professional" staff at KFC, Steubenville, OH Resturant # J625141 thought it was necessary to act like I was burdening their day and increasing their work load x10000 to make a few sandwiches that were incorrect. Read more(Let me preface this review by saying 1.) I was born and raised in Steubenville. And 2.) I go to chic fil around once or twice every 2 weeks which is a 35 minute drive.) Wow I was blown away by how professional, quick, and high quality this establishment is. I think KFC often gets a bad wrap for being too greasy, dirty, ect… this place blew my expectations out of the water. Very comparable to chic fil a (the dynasty of all fast foods) very friendly employees. I was able to speak to the general manager who was awesome. And the food was amazing! Read moreProblem with a late night order but it was an hour before closing shouldnt have been but the ladies made it right an went between 5-7 super hot fresh perfect UPDARE new visit requested all fresh got one sandwich fresh everything else was not I've found that anything past 7pm is basically kept warm with hot lamps or at least taste that way multiple problems with the app fries where hard as well as the other 3 sandwich we ordered this happens when it sets in heaters to long and I was totally willing to wait for fresh if ur going during lunch hour your probably safe to get fresh food but after 7 let's hope ur drunk an don't care ...
