Went here years ago when it was at it's other location to make a purchase. While there I began to feel unwell. The woman there seemed thoughtful and concerned. Sat me down offered me water and some pill. When I started to recover and pay for what I came in for I discovered she had charged me for the water and the pill! I thought she was just being kind. She at no time said, "listen, this will help, would you like to purchase this and a bottle of water?" No, she just added it to my bill. Not cool. I never went back. Seemed at the least shady at worst deceptive. Recently, bc of the Corona virus, the item I can only get at an herb shop has become scarce. After looking at other herb shops, I reluctantly went here, she had it but not exactly the type I wanted so I asked to purchase one so I cd try it. (Note: her minimum is double what I paid at another herb store just a month ago) She refused and insisted I buy by the ounce and proceeded to fill the bag. I'm saying to myself, I just explained that this is not what I am use to getting, I wd like to try it. I am willing to pay for "1", may I please buy one? No! I did not need an ounce. She arrogantly filled the bag. I said I don't want or need that much, said thank you and left. She IGNORED my saying thank you and good-bye. Arrogant and rude. I have been coming here for over two years now to get my alkaline water and other herbs, owner is fantastic as always. But unfortunately her one and only employee was extremely rude to me and unprofessional. I came in on a Saturday afternoon there was only one other customer in the store, and I asked about buying a bulk amount of herbs, she did not know what the total would be for the full amount so (which was my only question) she had to weigh it and once I was told what the full amount would be I said thank you and started to leave the store and she got an attitude, saying “why would you make me weigh it if you weren’t going to buy it?!” RUDE! The clerk there didn’t acknowledge me, even after the customer she was assisting left. I wanted to support this establish since it has been in the area for a while and they recently moved locations, but I’d rather drive to Atlanta to get herbs and teas and holistic, natural products. The woman was condescending in what I’m assuming was her explanation of herbs as well as belittling and nonchalant.
