I ordered 10 honey hot garlic wings, which were the bomb and 10 of the lemon pepper wings wet, and they were disgusting. I called the speak to the manager to see if I could get a replacement, and he told me I had to bring all 10 pieces back to the restaurant to get either a refund or my order redone. So I have a question. How am I gonna bring back the full order when it was four people eating off of the 20 wings so each of us got five a piece and for the lemon pepper we ate two each just to see like was it our taste buds off or we tasted some funny or were they just nasty and they were just nasty so for you to ask for the full order back is horrible. Your customer service is horrible, no thank you. I will just never come to this place ever again. Please remember that if it wasn't for your customers, you wouldn't have that brick and mortar. Chicken was seasoned just right. The portion sizes are huge. Most places give you one tiny yum yum sauce. This came with more than plenty, I'm a sauce girl so I ordered extra..now I have leftovers which I'm happy about. The crab Rangoons were creamy in the middle and the peaks weren't hard like most places, so good. They eve. Poked a hole at top of the box so they wouldn't get soggy, learned that trick serving tables so i knew why they did that. Will most definitely be ordering or dining in again. No matter how good the product / food maybe. You will continuously lose customers if you're consistently rude. You don't greet or acknowledge them when they walk through the door or when you roll your eyes & grunt when you made a very simple/ easy to fix mistake not giving enough cups for the number of combos in the order.
