I must give Ed's Pawn a 5 stars rating just because 5 stars means perfection. Still, there's always room for improvement!!! That said, I recently lay away a Taurus G2C 9mm and changed my mind after a few payments. Having noticed that the initial 20% deposit is non refundable, I was willing to buy something with that. However, to my pleasant surprise, the elderly gentlemen gave me a full refund. I (out of appreciation) did buy some ammo etc. Great service from Chris (very informative) to a young miss who also helped, thru to the elderly gentlemen who closed me out quite satisfactorily! Thanks guys, I'll certainly be back for a green laser M&P Shield 9mm 2.0 as I trade in my 1.0 Shield 9mm.

Kaitlyn, & Chris 1& 2 completely earned their keeps and are absolute assets to this business. Talk about being courteous, friendly and professional, that is Kaitlyn! My first purchase was not performing satisfactorily, so I took it back. Bearing in mind that sales are final, I was hesitant. However, Kaitlyn took over the situation, resolved it by not just taking it back, but gave me an upgrade for the same basic amount I paid. Best overall gun store, very popular with law enforcement. Ed is a former cop and runs it like a police department. Don’t get upset, but when you buy a gun they take your mug shot. Even cops. I bet the ATF loves this place. Don’t lie on your 4473. They have your picture and since this is a premiere distributor for Glock, they don’t play. Join the Glock Friends association (or whatever it’s called) and you get blue label pricing (what cops pay). If you want the most dependable pistol at a reasonable price, Glock is it! I know it feels like a brick in your hand, but in 20-30 years, you won’t notice it. Cops (me) drive hours out of their way to buy their Glocks here. They have an almost as big of an inventory as Bo Barrow in Butler. And Bo’s got more guns than stars in the sky. And Bo’s son in law is an ex GBI agent is Sheriff (completing his last term). I bought a pistol from them, unseen and described over the phone. Gun was worn beyond repair. They did take it back after a few phone calls. They sent me another in exhange. It too was well worn, almost unserviceable again. Not only were these cosmetically BAD, but I expected that, they were worn beyond belief. Ad says good mechanical condiditon. BS. My cost to ship 2 guns plus FFL fees. I was not impressed. I know others who got better treatment buying through gunbroker and in person at the store. I guess they think it is okay to ship really bad items to customers without much recourse publically.
