My experience was horrible. It took us 30 minutes for them to get our order. The first time they brought us 3 hambugers we had 6. We had to wait another 15mins for them to bring the other three out. Got home them three was wrong and burnt hard as a rock. By this time our tator tots was cold. The manager said they was busy but yet the drive thru line went down 4 times working on 5. If they was so busy how was the drive thru wrap around going on 5 times get theirs while we waited for 6 hamburgers. Then my onion ring was suppose to be a med. The bag wasnt full there was only 5 onion rings in it. Called up there the manager ask if i wanted the one hamburger redone. Um no. We live in rex almost on the jonesboro side. Then i ask for someone over her she gave me a number thats disconnected. Worst service ever. They need to learn how to count bc she said twice the first bag she gave us had all our burgers in it. We will never eat at that location again and i will be getting in touch with someone over her. Only reason im giving one star because it won't let me post without a rating. They really need a negative. Not to mention the screen said our order was being delivered by carhop waited10 mins it didnt. Push the button again they said the meat was just coming up. Ugh

Today on 8/27/2024 at about 11:35 am, I purchased a large ocean water. I mean it’s 90 degrees outside, I just got done grocery shopping, I was thirsty. I order the ocean water, pull around to the window to pay. The guy repeats my order, taking my $5 bill. He then hands me my ocean water seconds later. I waited at the window, expecting my change for at least 30 seconds longer. Then a female comes to the window hands me a dollar and says “unfortunately they don’t have any change” I replied “so I’m just supposed to let Sonic have my 55 cents?” She responds that you guys don’t go to the banks as “often as you should”. To me it sounded like a personal problem not a customer problem. Had I known that this location was not going to be carrying change for the day and that I would be stiffed for paying with cash I would not have paid with cash. Not one time did any of the staff inform me that they were not carrying any change NOT EVEN A SIGN ON THE SPEAKER. My expectations for this review is for Sonic on Stockbridge on North Henry to make me being shorted 55 cents right because I break bills to save for my future, not to make Sonic 55 cent richer.

I immediately contacted Sonic’s customer support line, provided photos, a receipt, and a detailed explanation. Despite all that, I was met with robotic, unhelpful responses, delays, and contradictory replies asking me to repeat what was already obvious in the photos. After nearly an hour of messaging and 40 minutes of phone calls, I was hung up on with no resolution. I also tried calling the store directly, but they never picked up. This is unacceptable customer service. I wasted my money, my lunch break, and my time. I asked for a refund multiple times, and instead of taking accountability, Sonic passed the buck, stalled, and avoided any actual resolution. If this is how Sonic handles customer concerns, I won’t be back—and I’ll make sure others are aware too. Zero stars if I could.

I just want to thank Sonics for helping me to save money going forward. Typically when I stopped here I get a sandwich and I keep it moving and I never touched a combo. In the past I used to get the combo on when was heavily entrenched in the rat race but now that I have a little more freedom I choose to grab a sandwich and keep it pushing, in an effort to save time. Today I violated my own rule because I saw that they were carrying Green Mountain Coffee and I said hey I need an energy boost. So I ordered the toaster sandwich combo, AKA a# 16 with tots and coffee.

The toaster sandwich was at least a little above warm but not enough to truly melt the cheese appropriately. And I love bacon... Point Blank. (Get out of my way I'll kill the hog myself). However over the years I've noticed that there's a dispersion problem and the makers of these sandwiches like to Clump the bacon either towards the middle or near the lower half of the sandwich. This is a paradox that I do not understand but I wish someone would take the time to correct by properly training people or perhaps encouraging sandwich makers to use the pictures on the wall. now I don't know about you but I've experimented a lot in my life and back in the day before College I have stuck a frozen tater tot or two in my jowls. Therefore I am unfortunately familiar with the shock to the system that a cold tater tots will give you. And while I'm being hyperbolic at this point, it is in the effort to remain calm because I am highly irritated. I did not experience this terrible sensation until I was a quarter mile down the road and there was no way for me to drive and to straighten out my bacon situation. Needless to say I was pissed to the highest level of pisstivity but with no time to spare I had to move on.

Lastly I took time to prepare my medium cup of Green Mountain Coffee before I pulled out of the parking lot. I added Two Sugars into creams and even waited for my car hop to bring me a straw so that I can stir up my potion appropriately. After the experience of the disappointing toaster sandwich and The Melancholy brought about from the nearly ice-cold tots, I thought I would save my day by having a drink of Green Mountain Coffee. I could have sworn that if you read the board it says hot coffee. I must assume that when everyone gets their combo they get a soda, take advantage of orange juice, because they cannot be drinking this ice cold coffee.  I am highly disappointed in my favorite breakfast spot because they make food typically that I could prepare at home and because of today I think I will start doing so on a regular basis. To the Sonics of Stockbridge you must do better it is imperative that you do better... This number 16 was...

Without thinking last night my husband and I got up and went out to Sonic to get something to eat when we got there they were open, but they were getting ready to close and we hadn't realized the time. There wasn't many people there so we took our time ordering and reading the menu. So at 11:00 the young man comes out comes to our door and tells us that they're closing and that they shut the girl down he believes but we can order a certain things and we said okay that's fine thank you very much. He walked away and then he came right back out and told us never mind even though the grill was shut down it was still hot and it wasn't completely shut down so we could still order. Not only did they get our order right completely. Everything on one of them was beyond fantastic and nice and apologetic that they it was their fault they didn't turn the lights out and they didn't have a problem cooking for us And anything that could get It's just refreshing to see because you don't see that anymore. Especially from a group of young adults. Our food is out in no time it was hot it was fresh it was perfect and I just appreciate them so much they didn't have to do that we wouldn't have expected them to open anything back up I cannot take them enough. I hope they get to see this message. Thanks again you guys, yall...
