On 11-12-12 at about 10:25am, I exit the Food Depot Located at: 4770 Britt Rd. Norcross, Ga. I walk to my car (grey 211 Honda Accord) to put my groceries in my trunk. I then walked away from my car to a near store. When I started walking back to my vehicle, I acknowledged A Caucasian female in her 60's weighing about 120lbs. She had a shopping cart. She pushed it straight into my vehicle. There wasn't any damage, but that still didn't give her a right to treat me or my property any kind of way. The officer that came to mediate disagreed He name is: A. Benefield # 1433. He claim that it wasn't a big deal and told me, "so what your feelings are hurt, but your car is not damaged." He gave me a hard time because he didn't want to fill out a police report and because an African American male shouldn’t have a right to contest anything, so I requested a police supervisor's assistance. If it was the other way around, that parking lot would have been flooded with police cars with glocks pointed to my head. He did make out a report, but He tried his best to hinder his duties because he didn't want to do any paper work and all I was to him was some black person that didn't exist. The manager for this location listen to the perpetrator’s side of the story but wouldn’t allow me to speak. He also encouraged the perpetrator to leave before the police came to this location. She should have stayed. Believe me I will not be shopping at Food...

Read moreToday, everything was fine until my mother and I were going to check out. We didn’t realize that the register we went to had it’s light off, so when the cashier told us he was closed, we were okay with looking for a register that was open. The register next to the one we were in was open, so we moved over to that register. As we were standing in line, a woman, the same race as the cashier’s - African-American, walked to the register that was closed. The cashier told her it was closed but she said she only had a couple of items, my mother and I had the same amount, and the guy let her stay in the line! My mother and I got upset, left our stuff, and walked out. We won’t be giving our money to a business that allows something like that to happen. If you’re going to tell one customer you’re closed, it should go to ALL customers, no...
