have ordered here twice for pick up; the first time they forgot items within my order and I had to remind them before I left the store. The second time was for a late night pick up in which the store interior is closed, but the drive-through open. It’s a very poor design because if somebody in front of you has an order that is not ready for pick up, you have to wait for their order to be filled/complete before you can get your food. So if someone comes early and you’re three cars behind them, the 3 cars have to wait until the early drivers’ order is completed before the line moves forward. 45 minutes wait time. saw two cars behind me turn around and leave. in addition, they have very few workers in the store but they are taking numerous orders and not giving wait times. This place overworked the workers, staff is understaffed and disrespects the patrons by expecting them to wait extended Wait times without warning. I wouldn’t suggest going here late a night with the skeleton crew. Also don’t Mad at the understaffed workers aim your complaints at management who allow this work model to continue, if so inclined escalate to corporate. At the time of This review there is another a Pizza Hut literally less than 4.3 miles away on Jodeco(will have to see managed/owned by same company). also, be weary of management who responds to Google review complaints with apologies, but doesn’t actually implement changes or offer compensation for a problem multiple customers have taken the time to complain about. Apologies without changes is just manipulation.

10/05/2025 I am so tired of this pizza hut but my grandson loves pizza and this is the only one that delivers. They are getting worse and worse. They are ALWAYS forgetting something and my last 3 orders my pizza came looking like this! I wish someone cared about the quality. We pay an arm and a leg for just one pizza and they are always asking for a tip beforehand. But I don't feel much like tipping when I don't get my full order and my pizza is trash. Everyone wants to raise prices. How about raising quality as well. So disgusted. I have to teach my grandson how to make pizza from now on! They messed up my order two times in a row. I ordered pizza with extra Bacon on it. It has no Bacon at all. When I called o 1/22/2023 at 6:37pm a girl who call herself Diamond who says she's the Manager said "just because you asked for extra Bacon on it doesn't mean that they put much Bacon on it. The last time they gave me the wrong pizzas as well she said she can give me a store credit of $10.00 for a $42.00 order. I explained to her that doesn't feed the kids tonight. They don't understand what an impact they make when everyone in a family doesn't get to eat! A store credit doesn't get it! They should be ashamed of themselves! The picture below is what they are calling extra Bacon...do you see any Bacon. I order from here often I know what it's supposed to look like.

Ordered online through the app as usual. Pepperoni lovers, cheese bread, chicken Alfredo and a Pepsi. Very small pepperoni pieces and hardly any cheese. And our bread was in someone else’s bag. They explained they were out of pepperoni and could not give me a refund… it has to be done on the app. The app says refunds have to be done in store. Call the manager Ronald. … after explaining to him what happened… he put me on hold for over 5 minutes… called back… for him to answer and put me on hold for over 5 minutes 3 more times. I just wanted the additional $4 back they charged me for the extra pepperoni. I went to the store and bought pepperoni to add to the pizza. If I could give a 0 I would.

I order from here all the time, like a lot. Usually I don't have a problem but today they really ruffled my feathers. I placed an order in the amount of 43 bucks and change. The driver forgot part of my order. We tried to catch him as he was leaving but I guess he didn't see us as he pulled out of my driveway. I called the store to try to get them to have him turn around before he got too far. I went through the prompts and reached someone that I explained the situation to. She says she'd transfer me to her manager. I was disconnected. I called back and went thru the prompts and when I reached someone I was immediately placed on hold before I could even say hello. I held for a few minutes and then spoke to someone else that I then explained to again. She informed me she can have him come back out because they would have to go thru a whole process to refund my card for something that only cost 13.99. I informed her that I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes just refund the 13.99. she got her manager who got on the phone and told me they can't give a driver cash to refund. I told them I paid with a card and it has already been charged. He told me they couldn't refund my card unless I came up to the store in person. Now that's a problem. I ordered delivery because I DIDN'T want to come to the store, they charged my card without me having to be there in person so I don't understand why they can't give me MY money back. That charge was on my card before I even got the text that the food was out for delivery. And what makes it even worse is that when they messed up my order once before they refunded my money back to my card right over the phone so I know he's lying when they say they can't do it. Guess I won't be ordering from here again. Update

Disappointing to say the least. Placed an online order, received confirmation email with the total. Once the driver arrived the receipt showed an amount with an $11+ increase. The driver was pleasant and assured me he would call the store to straighten this out. He even told me to make sure I had the email showing the confirmation number readily available. Once the lady on the other end was able to speak with us, after handling customers at the store, she immediately said the difference in the total was because tax and delivery charges were not added to the online total. I stated this was incorrect, the online total always adds in the tax and delivery charges. She continued to argue with me until I pointed out if this was the case...then the subtotal on the receipt would match the online total. She tried to give several reasons as to why the two totals did not match. Given that I had a confirmation number from my online order and details from the online order that matched the order details on the receipt...the online price should have been honored. When I asked from the store managers name she, along with another employee in the background, hesitated. My driver gave me the name and apologized. I will be contacting the store manager as well as the general manager. The pizza was mediocre. Toppings were sparse. But the poor customer service left the worst taste in my mouth. Will not be a...
