I had a custom radio installed in my 2012 BMW convertible. We have babied our car and kept it in the garage since we had it, but the radio was outdated and we wanted to bring it to current standards. We tried a popular car audio shop close to the kids school first, and they looked at me like I had two heads. They seemed to only want pop and drop projects. Innovative took a quick look and came up with a plan to get everything we wanted. I dropped it off and it was ready in no time at a reasonable price. Inside is very cluttered and very hard to look around without knocking something over. There seem to be more stock vehicle speakers in the showroom than aftermarket, and racks of wire that would be better suited inside the shop unless the techs work in the parking lot like the one I saw.

I can't comment on the install quality because I didn't have them work on my vehicle, honestly just from the way the showroom looked I wouldn't take it there. The lady at the desk was nice though. Only reason this...

I had the team replace the stock speakers and add a pair of 6x9s and an amp and Bluetooth system on my Goldwing trike. They did such a great job, I couldn’t even find the 6x9s! I absolutely love the work they did and will go back to add a sub!
