Recently checked out Milanâs w/ hubby during their Taco/Karaoke Tuesday. Karaoke was greatâ had some singers that def âsangâ & the Karaoke host was lively and engagingâ-so my stars are for entertainment only. Upon arriving, I didnât know that the place was a âcigarâ lounge. Being an ex-smoker, that didnât bother meâ but for the place to be as small as it is and very little ventilation to aid w/ circulating the airâ thatâs when it became an issue. [ I have been to cigar lounges previously and never left smelling like I did after leaving Milanâs].They could not turn on the fans, but offered to open door/window. They do have outside seating, but you canât enjoy the entertainment outside (couldnât really hear music from outside either). So decided to stick it out for a little while after being told fans couldnât be cut on. Part of the kitchen is open and located in the bar area (I know- it sounds weird and looked weird as wellâŚdef a first for me. The cook appeared to be frying somethingâŚmaybe taco shells or something). Food wasnât good (but being fairâ we didnât order their main entreesâŚit would hv really bn horrible if we paid $30-35/plate for food and it tasted just as poor quality as the simple dishes). There are a few TVs in you want to stop by to catch game. They have happy hr 5-8pâ with drink specials . So catch the drink special prices if you decide to go, b/c after 8p the mix drinks arenât worth the full price (overly filled w/ ice, very weakâŚwe ordered multiple and even my husband was bewilderedâ heâs not really a drinker). All in all, simply wanted to share our personal experience and will not return. Side note: smelled like a smoked out chimney from head to toe as we got in car and got home (now wondering how to get this potent smoke smell out of my boho braids for work the next...
Read moreHorrible!!!!!! The bartenders are rude and dismissive and in spite a 20% gratuity they still troll you about a tip. Every last one of them. Leroy the owner obviously doesnât care about the customers or else he would do something. Iâm a Stockbridge local and I get the same treatment every time. Today I was starving I went to order the wings for $14 as shown on the menu. Keep in mind American deli is right next door. I went in and my tab for wings and ff was $19. The ff were rung in separately in spite the website stating that they come with the meal for $14. The bartender was rude and dismissive as she sat there smoking hookah. When I got my tab I was astonished for 8 small wings and ff I paid $18. Itâs a hole in the wall ripping people off. I had my food to-go and was still forced to pay a gratuity, which is fine but the price should at least reflect what the menu says. I feel that it is intentional. Every time Iâve tried to go in it has been horrible no wonder why they can only attact middle aged people whom appear to have come directly...
Read moreI was taken back when we walked in because it was not crowded, but we went in. It was a fantastic experience. The waitress was excellent and highly attentive.
The bar is cute and has trendy decor. We were offered a table seat, and we asked about the VIP section we were allowed to sit there.
The music was excellent. We were dancing, and the waitress was enjoying herself. They took pictures, if you ask. They have televisions for sporting events, and the DJ made us feel like the Queens we are. I am going to return definitely.
They have a reasonably priced happy hour. The menu is online, so check it out. I didn't take pictures of the food, but it was good. Well-seasoned chicken tenders and the fries were good. The tenders are natural flour battered and taste as my grandmother made them.
I don't drink liquor anymore, so I can't speak to that. The drinks looked good.
