When I went there I went to go fix my iPhone screen and when he got done and fixed it a day later a part of the screen was dark then I came back to fix it again and the guy messed up the hearing part so I couldnāt hear people when I called so I came back again and he messed up the home button and replaced it with a iPhone 6 button and it was white and didnāt go with the black iPhone 7 I had when I came home I was already mad about the 2 problems I had with them and knew something else was going to happen and it was not a surprise to come back home with my home button popping out after a day of usage when I came back to get the guy couldnāt even give me a refund and I spent so much money on that phone to come home not getting a refund with a not usable phone that couldnāt work. And the screen he put on was already used such a waste of $80 and a iPhone 7 that I could have gone to Apple for a good service for less with my insurance. Then the time I was fixing my phone my grandma had a Samsung and I had my old iPhone still so I told him if thereās a way of putting my grandmas sprint SIM card in the iPhone and he said no but he can give me a referbished iPhone 7 for $60 and trade in my old iPhone 7 that was T-Mobile and guess what, he gave me a iPhone 7 that did not even work with no SIM card at all and he didnāt even give me my old phone back or money back for me to get a new phone back...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had an issue with my phone and it was a referral from Xfinity since they don't do repairs. I explained what the issue was...my screen was locked and the talking voice was on! He told me it would cost about $150.00 because there was an issue with the screen and it should be replaced. I declined since I could purchase a new phone for that amount. This store sold phones (IPhone) which ranged from $300-500.00! Way past my budget! I then went to Verizon in Manteca to purchase a new phone since Xfinity stated they could file a claim and I would be out of pocket about $80.00 but not sure even with the insurance on the phone and I would need to have it mailed in...during this time I would be without a phone and they could care less! I explained my situation to the Verizon person and she took my phone, went to settings and the phone worked properly. She stated there is no way they should not have tried that and even I suggested they try it and was ignored! Consumer beware of these places they are out to rip you off! I will be leaving...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTook my ps5 to get service and got it repaired the next day. 3 days later my PSN account was hacked. 2 step verification was removed and a bunch of unauthorized charges were seen on my account. If a hacker was able to log in with my credentials, they would be stopped by 2step verification on my phone. But after speaking to PlayStation they stated the only way the hacker could have removed 2 step verification was to get my console serial number(which they had), phone number( they asked for my number in order for them to let me know when to go pick it up), and payment method(card I used to pay for the repair fee). The hacker spoke to PlayStation support and had my two step verification removed in order to sell my account on the internet. My console has been in a backpack in my car since it was serviced. I will not be using this...
