I have gone to this place many times, it is my go to spot for boba. I know many people who also enjoy it and they have a wide variety of drinks. A year ago I would've put it as a 5 star, but I have noticed a pattern recently. As a customer, I respect all employees and their hard work, but I do have a few issues on the customer service. My sister and I went in at around 7 pm, about an hour before closing, and the workers said there was no boba. That's fine but it also appeared like they were ready to close up shop despite having an hour to close. We understood and got other drinks without boba. We went there again a few weeks later at around the same time and the same thing occurred - no boba, and ready to close shop. My sister commented how the girl at the register had a bit of an attitude, but it was likely that she was tired from work. A few months ago we went, again at around 6:30-7:00 pm, and the girl in the front was announcing drinks for, I'm assuming, a couple near us. They didn't hear her and she had to repeat herself. To be fair, the couple was having a conversation and it would be easy to not hear that. I was standing in front of the cash register, ready to order, and after she repeated herself the second time, she rolled her eyes and scoffed right in front of me. She took my order and the drinks were great. The last time I went, it was during the middle of the day and I had a regular experience compared to the other times. These different experiences haven't affected how I see the shop much, but I will say that customer service towards the end of the day could be improved. I understand I am not one to comment on how and how not a shop should run, but I would hate to see customers leave because of experiences like this. Overall, the vibe is great and I love the decoration. I will continue to buy from here because the...
Read moreThis was our second visit. I first stopped by with my youngest daughter. To try this place out.
We had the usual Taro milk tea for me and a Strawberry smoothie for her.
The staff was pretty cool and the drinks were made pretty fast. Inside is pretty small and the place fills up really fast. So seating is a luxury, lol.
What's cool is Tea Daze offers free WiFi. That's a bonus when you're taking pictures and uploading them on social media.
There's also a punch card too. Buy like 10 drinks and the next one is free. Since I have three children, we fill up punch cards pretty darn quick.
The latest and greatest visit was this evening. Welcomed by people by the front door and inside.
We got to the counter and my three kids knew what to order right off the bat. My eldest daughter ordered Green Matcha tea. My Son chose a Strawberry smoothie. Finally my youngest a Watermelon smoothie. Dear old Dad went with the classic like always "Taro" I don't know why, but it's my favorite and I always order this. But I tried it blended this evening and it was Bombay.
My kids enjoyed their drinks. But mostly we liked the time we spent together here this evening. Talking and taking pictures of our drinks.
Once again the staff was really cool. Asking "if everything is okay"
We drank probably half of our drinks and started to head out. We were told "Good bye " as we left. Little things like that, always means a lot to us.
We'll...
Read moreGreat boba spot, I wouldn’t say I’m a regular but I went when it first opened, their quality with their boba and drinks are always on point. I sort of am a regular now. The atmosphere is very chill, they know how to decorate the place for sure. Chill workers too. I like that they sell the jugs of the milk teas too, waiting for that to comeback. I recommend the Thai Milk Tea and the Thai Green Tea, I tried that in the jugs and they are phenomenal. The strawberry matcha is good too. Recently tried their Buko Pandan Coffee and it’s a hit. Update : I loved their sugar cane juice. I tried the coconut juice sugar cane and it’s a 10/10. The passion fruit one is...
