Tigers Yogurt — Local services in Stockton

I've been going to Tiger's yogurt for well over 20 years. Each time I go, it's always been a great experience. I no longer live in Stockton, but each time I visit, I go to Tiger's because that's how much I love that place. However, we walk in, and the workers are in the back. The two young ladies walk up to the counter and just stare at us. We had to greet them, so the stars have dropped on this review because a great experience start with customer service to make me want to return. Secondly, the yogurt was extremely soft and lacked the flavor I'm used to. Especially the Oreo cookie, it's one of the reasons I keep coming back because I love Oreo cookie flavor. I just thought I'd put this out there, and I will return to give it another try. this frozen yogurt spot really surprised me! my boyfriend and i came here initially because the local shave ice place was closed—but we probably will be coming back! first, the serving sizes are great for the price! we got smalls but they turned out to be way too much for us lol, so i’d probably get a junior or even a mini next time. the service is nice and quick and the shop is decorated with tiger stuff and also a little island theme. the froyo itself is very good too! it’s fluffy, tasty and not too sweet. the only “con” i can think of is this place only accepts cash but they also have a little ATM machine in-store. it makes total sense why this place still had a constant flow of customers despite it being...

Tigers Yogurt gets most of it right! While being a small joint, they offer a lot of flavors and even toppings. They rotate out flavors either daily or weekly. Offer a few sizes and give you a generous portion. They charge a flat rate per size not like these newer yogurt shops that charge by the weight and rip you off. The store is very dated but kept pretty clean. What I wish could be better or improved is: stay open till 10pm. Offer debit/credit, seriously, how is this not happening already? And train the staff the importance of customer service.

I like that the shop is ran by UOP students but some of them almost act as if it's a chore to help you. I don't require a red carpet but a smile and hello...
