Firstly, I apologize to the employees for walking away without communicating my concerns and frustrations. I had to walk away without saying anything because I was really angry and my automatic emotional response would be inappropriate.
Secondly, I am here because I need to express those concerns:
This is when I walked away. Very unprofessional, lack of leadership/management, disregard for customers and unhygienic. If they ignore the cockroach issue like that in front of a customer, it makes me question how they would handle cockroaches behind the counter. Really really concerning and disappointing. I regret not taking a photo. Zero stars.

Kids have a choice in what they want. Even if they're picky. If they don't want a sub, there's another option they can pick. There is no line, really, and if there was, the service is fast.
The parking lot is very tight. Would suggest parking near Walgreens if backing up is difficult for you. Theres also a lot of panhanlers around the Walgreen area. Sometimes near the street side of Subway.
