KFC — Restaurant in Stockton

I have never been so dissatisfied with KFC until yesterday! We've been life long customers since KFC sold pies on Wilson Way. But yesterday was totally not even close to the food and service we were used to receiving. My 90 year old grandmother my 63 year old mother and I decided to get KFC on the"Mile" that alone dates me so I know​! Anyways, my $5.00 3 piece chicken tender meal looked more like a 3 piece piegon leg According to my grandma. They said they had ran out of barbeque chicken for the day so my Mom got the popcorn chicken box again tripping, a lot of fried pieces of batter but not chicken! 2 piece chicken box breast and drumstick was More like a wing and thigh! KFC is DEAD! Why is it that nearly every review you read about KFC is horrible? Well that's because it is... Good luck not receiving any thing BUT finger licking good food! And when your orders not right or you have a problem be prepared to be treated like your a liar or some sort of customer/thief trying to get a free side or piece of chicken.... Then, only to find out when you can't believe the way your treated at your local KFC you complain at the corporate level and find out they too will not make it right, well unless them telling you their sorry you had a bad experience at one of their locations is enough for you.... Want poor customer service where the counter person talks back to you and is completely rude? This is the location for you! We walked in nd went straight up to the counter and waited for over 5 minutes while the counter people popped their head around the corner right next to the registers and then pretended like we we wernt there. When she casually walks to the register to ask us if we are ready she has an attitude like we ruined her night. I mention that several people has seen us standing there and she said "well they are in training and don't need to tell anyone that you are waiting.
