Honestly this location deserves 5 stars for having unique vendors and being a hidden gem in Stockton.
However the homeless have claimed this land as there home. My kids and I walked on a full nude lady yelling at people. This is not the first time having weird encounters on this property. Security is not seen anywhere which in my opinion is needed. -2 Star
The property parking space is really small and tight. Please be careful and drive slow. When backing up take your time also, not everyone is mindful or pays attention.
