I was very excited because green is my favorite color I love and prefer the vintage jewelry look. This ring was meant to be my wedding ring in which I took my time searching for. Was very happy to find the ring that I did. The initial person that helped me with the purchase of the ring was very nice. He is not the person that started to help me when the jewel popped out the socket.

Only after wearing the ring for 2 months the emerald jewel fell out of the socket. I was lucky to catch it from going down the drain. I first called and the gentlemen I initially spoke to said “don’t worry about it, bring it in and I’ll fix it free of charge. I went and took my ring in and he says it will be 45 to fix. I said okay that is fine and did not mention the fixing for free over the phone. Then the gentlemen say, if we are not able to replace with this jewel do you mind if I replace with another one. I said yes if the emerald is real. He said I cannot guarantee that. So, I said call me if you cannot fix with my real emerald, then I do not want the defected ring.

Me and my husband had gotten COVID so we could not go pick it up right away. So then after we were able to, my husband picks up my ring in which they charged him 60 and gave him my ring with a replaced chipped jewel. I did not authorize for the ring to be replaced with a fake jewel and a chipped and scraped jewel at that. The ring they gave back mu husband 1.) is with a fake emerald and 2.) a chipped fake emerald.

I think the professional measures that should be taken on behalf of Stockton Loan and Jewelry would be to refund the amount I paid for the real emerald being that I now have a chipped fake emerald ring.

The dark emerald that is not real is chipped and the one that is bright green is the real emerald. A huge difference of quality...

My son passed away and I went to retrieve some items he had pawned. They switched his amplifier with another one. I was too upset to notice, I dont play the guitar. I had to provide his death certificate, and pawn slips. I was pretty shook up, but even more so when the staff started asking me all about WHAT had happened to my son. It took a LONG time for the items to be released. NOW I understand WHY. First, get me all distracted trying to keep my composure, as I was experiencing extraordinary grief, as someone placed the items on a rollaway cart and gambled I would not know they switched his amp on me. Dirty sons of britches... This was about a year ago. I only realized a week ago they pulled the old bait and switch on a grieving mother. They think they got away with something, but, one day they WILL be accountable for their detestable actions. Vengeance is MINE, saith the Lord God. According to Scripture, my enemies will be made into footstools. Had I NOT had all the required documentation, it would of became THEIR property. So I jump thru a buncha hoops, then they emotionally traumatized me with their thoughtless questions. They knew I was coming in... I called to let them know. Then they gave me the WRONG amp. I will probably flip the F OUT if that amp is blown. They suck. What an awful experience. Bad to take advantage of someone that is in a world of pain, as they DID....

Went in here to purchase some jewelry and didnt find what I was looking for. As I was exiting and in the parking lot, a silver 2015 suburban with no emblems and blacked out off road wheels and the license plate 7KMW899 pulled in front of me blocking me off. He and his mom got out of the car and I told them they weren't parked in a parking space, he just laughed at me. I asked him if he worked there. He said yes and told me that I was fine. Than he told me back up (my vehicle) to which I replied. He became confrontational as he walked back in the door and told me to get out of here but kept replying with profanity everytime I did. So than the employee comes outside and tries to diffuse the situation and that is when the guy says " Do you do business here?" and I told him i did. He replies " dont come back here, I own this place". There was more said, maybe police contact might be needed. If this is the way a owner of a business behaves with patrons, than maybe people should not come here anymore. These guys are armed and they...
