Citi Trends — Local services in Stonecrest

Please be advised that this rating is on the customer service of ONE employee only. Last week I went to this store with family that was visiting from out of town. My Aunt accidentally left a bag of items she bought from another store on the counter, once we got home she realized the bag was missing and we called the store. The young lady that answered assured us that the bag was there and that we could pick it up in the morning. The next day I went back to the store only to find the bag gone. The person that was there was EXTREMELY RUDE. As I asked her questions she walked away not answering, I asked her to run the recording her Answer was I CAN BUT I CANT!! i called the number on the wall and and spoke with Mr Morning who by the way was VERY HELPFUL. He called the store and had the young lady run the tape. I stood outside and listened to her huff and puff on the phone with him while talking to him disrespectful and outright LYING to him about our conversation. We found out that another customer had taken the bag even after the young lady told us she was putting the bag up. Nevertheless Mr Morning rectified the situation and the outcome was satisfactory. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Went to Citi Trends to do a return and Taryn (store manager) was very rude and did not show any type of professionalism as a customer service expert. She also is a store manager that does not know her own store return policy. I had to call her District Manager Mr.Morning to get everything thing squared away. Even after calling him it still was push back from Taryn to get things situated.
