I recently visited Planet Smoothie and ordered a Strawberry Colada, hoping for a refreshing and fruity experience. Unfortunately, my drink turned out to be a disappointment as it had an overwhelming coconut flavor, which I did not enjoy at all. Seeking a resolution, I approached the management, but their response left much to be desired.

Upon receiving my drink, I immediately noticed the strong presence of coconut, overpowering the strawberry taste I had anticipated. Disappointed, I approached the staff and expressed my dissatisfaction. However, their response was less than satisfactory. They simply stated that they had not done anything different with my drink and suggested that I had added more coconut myself. This was not the case, as I had not made any modifications to my order.

To make matters worse, my daughter also ordered a Strawberry Colada, and hers turned out to be delicious. It was perplexing that they were unable to replicate the same taste for my drink, despite using the same ingredients. This inconsistency in quality further added to my disappointment.

Feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the management's response, I believe it is necessary to share my experience and make a formal complaint through online reviews. As a customer, I expected better customer service and a willingness to address my concerns. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to Planet Smoothie.

While my daughter's drink was enjoyable, the lack of attention and resolution regarding my own experience left a negative impression. I hope that by sharing my feedback, the management at Planet Smoothie will take note and work towards improving their consistency and customer service.

Overall, my experience with the Strawberry Colada at Planet Smoothie was disappointing due to the excessive coconut flavor and the management's lack of action. I would caution others who are sensitive to certain flavors or expect consistency in their drinks to be aware of this...

Peanut butter and jelly is my favorite smoothie flavor, so when I saw this on the menu, I was eager to try. Fast and attentive service only a dollar up charge for larger cup, which is a great deal. It’s the best option in the mall for healthy good eating. Definitely has a lot of ice shavings in it and at first I didn’t taste much of the peanut butter and jelly. After eating a while, grew on me and became addictive and I realized that I liked the fact that it had less sugar taste, which was probably due to the ice . I’m sure it’s not the grade A almond milk I would use at home. . but I am appreciative. I’d order this again. There is a place near me in Riverdale That makes a really great peanut butter and jelly flavor smoothie that I like better that’s why. I drop down a star because it’s not so peanut butter and jelly heavy but it is still really good and I finished it and was full. I’d be back to try again if...

I had to rate this location to leave a response... Yesterday morning I received a Acai Bowl and it was great with excellent customer service, I even praised it online to others however today I come back and received that absolute opposite. Customer service wasn't there and I wasn't about to debate with someone fixing something I have to eat. She was going back in forth with me from the beginning even when I placed my order then I made modifications to my order that she didn't follow because she insisted on making it how she wanted it after I explain it to her. I wanted it the exact way I had it yesterday with the nice person.. I ended up going to Chick-Fil-A to get a fruit bowl. The not so friendly person name...
