So saddened to see all these comments and no one has said anything about the unfortunate misinformation given to people walking by it’s called false advertisement and it’s illegal this establishment purposely lures on teen girls and children who don’t have their parents around by stating they’re getting a free sample And bribing them with a flower and handing over slushy’s and food and then letting them know it’s a $40 charge it’s wrong and it’s illegal. This happened to my daughter last night as well. They don’t let you know that you’re going to be charged for anything by law any establishment has to let you know if it is no longer a free sample. They have failed in every aspect of hospitality and as an establishment reading these comments of how derogatory the employees can be yelling and screaming in the food court saddens me as a parent dropping off my kids at town center and finding out that these are the kind of things happening in this mall doesn’t give me any kind of security. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund for my daughter. They gave out false advertisement they bribe and they take from young girls and children. I do not recommend most of the reviews that have five stars if you pay attention, don’t have lots of comments. The ones that have comments have only one stars do not go do not support. Stay away. As you first walk up you think you’re purchasing from a nice small business because they are greatly advertising with their voice and free samples. However don’t be fooled. They are a business full of con artists. I began to ask the worker what were their prices. I was told a small was $10, a medium was $13, and a large was $15. After being told the prices I should’ve left because I’ve never been anywhere where Ice cream is $15. However, I decided to support the business. I ordered the medium. While ordering, I seen the prices fluctuating as the cashier was ringing me up. Then another worker said “don’t worry I’m making this mango drink just for you” “it’ll be a deal, give her a discount” keep in mind that I never asked for a mango drink just the ice cream! The total came out to $28, I asked him what was wrong with the total and then he stated “he forgot the discount” then the total came out to $18 which is still more that my $13 ice cream. I told him that I never asked for a mango drink and he looked disappointed because his scam didn’t work! I was then charged my $13 and I will NEVER be returning.Also, turns out a small was $8, again, a Scam! At first it seemed like good marketing however, this business will not last trying to scam! Guy was dancing and we smiled. He told us to come over and my boyfriend then took a sample of their fried Oreo. The guy said he “had a surprise for him” and came back with a box of the fried Oreos. Something we did not want or ask for. Then proceeded to put up 13 dollars for these Oreos. I told him we couldn’t afford it and tried to walk away. This guy then proceeded to tell my boyfriend it was what I wanted. I said he couldn’t afford it and the guy kept pressuring him. He started covering the screen saying to “ignore the price and it’s just a tip” he then added more money, getting the price to 30 dollars!! He then tried to get ahold of my boyfriend’s wallet and distract him by giving me a dead rose. He looked inside of my boyfriend’s wallet as he opened it out of the kindness of his heart and saw some change and a 20 with a few singles and tried to reach at them. He kept telling us to give him money and it doesn’t matter if he can’t afford it. Boyfriend felt bad and gave him 3 dollars that he honestly can’t afford right now.
