Original Hot Dog Factory Stonecrest — Restaurant in Stonecrest

I really want to give the quality a one star but since this is a black owned business I’ll leave it at 3. For somewhere that specializes in hot dogs I expected way more for the price we were excited to have a new food option in the Stonecrest area so my husband stopped by to order hotdogs one day for us as a to go order, when he brought it home I was extremely underwhelmed. I was expecting high-quality bun with a high-quality sausage style hotdog. Instead, we got wayfield quality. I make better hotdogs at home on a stove top grill where I use a warm buttery brioche bun and a thick quality hot dog… so unfortunately, we will not be back unless the quality improves. I hope you guys take these reviews as a point for improvement because the Stonecrest area would definitely support and appreciate new food options for...

I guess I should have read the reviews first. I ordered the Carolina slaw dog, she asked me if I wanted the combo I said yes. I said no salt on the fries and she said that does not come with salt that you can put your own seasoning on it. She rung it up separately I did order an extra bottle of coke for someone else. I was wondering why it was so much. I was looking for my receipt. I couldn't find it . I got another one. I went to go pick up my order and there was no fries. So I asked her about it about the combo and she says oh I didn't ring it up as a combo. really! Went today and I order impossible burger I thought it was going to be delicious when they brought it out it was horrible bun not toasted it was cold I requested my money back they stated that the mgr was not on duty can’t refund me my money I spent 40.00 which was a waste of money I waited 2 hours on the mgr never showed up I also contacted the owner he was no help as well! The cashier and the cook stated there was nothing they could do for me at this time. I would not recommend this restaurant to know one… terrible...
