I purchased a wedding band from this jeweler in March, but didn't start wearing it until April after my wedding. After only wearing it twice, I noticed a diamond was missing. I took it back to the jeweler, and they replaced the diamond for a fee. However, about a week later, another diamond fell out. I called the jeweler, and they apologized, stating they would take care of it. But when I went back to the store, they only agreed to replace it for another fee, despite assuring me it wouldn't happen again.
Unfortunately, their promises were empty. I have had a third diamond come out recently. Over the past five months, three diamonds have fallen out of my wedding band. This is incredibly disappointing and unacceptable for an item that's supposed to be of high quality. I gave Ali my 14k gold necklace that belonged to my deceased mother to fix, he switched my necklace and he gave me what he thought looked like my necklace.
