I purchased a wedding band from this jeweler in March, but didn't start wearing it until April after my wedding. After only wearing it twice, I noticed a diamond was missing. I took it back to the jeweler, and they replaced the diamond for a fee. However, about a week later, another diamond fell out. I called the jeweler, and they apologized, stating they would take care of it. But when I went back to the store, they only agreed to replace it for another fee, despite assuring me it wouldn't happen again.

Unfortunately, their promises were empty. I have had a third diamond come out recently. Over the past five months, three diamonds have fallen out of my wedding band. This is incredibly disappointing and unacceptable for an item that's supposed to be of high quality. Despite multiple repairs and assurances, the issue persists, indicating poor craftsmanship and lack of customer care. I strongly advise against purchasing from this jeweler. I just left Stonecrest Mall, today, 7/26/2025. I was on a work call meeting, and I was well aware of my surroundings, and what I was doing. I gave Ali my 14k gold necklace that belonged to my deceased mother to fix, he switched my necklace and he gave me what he thought looked like my necklace. The first thing he asked was it gold, I said yes. Gold is expensive now, and apparently people will try to get over on you at any cost.
