If your screen is cracked, and you have a newer phone, do NOT go here. My iPhone 16 ProMax has an internal crack. Apple charges $379 to fix. I was trying to see if I can get it done cheaper. When I visited this location, I told them I wanted a OLED screen, they said ok and charged me $249. They also asked me to pay upfront - absolutely not. I should have known right then and there that this place was a scam. It took about an hour to “repair”. Once it got my phone back, it was very clear the screen was not like the original. It was very thick and there was a huge black ring around the screen. When I complained, the representative stated it was an aftermarket screen. They never informed me that there was a difference. I researched what kind of screen my phone had and asked for it. I later found out that OLED screens aren’t aftermarket, LCD screens are, and that’s what they put on my phone. So they flat out tried to bamboozle me, because I specifically asked for OLED. After 5 minutes of going back and forth, I told him to put the broken screen back on. Thank God I knew better than to pay them before hand. Out of curiosity I asked the price for the correct screen, he said $599. Keep in mind, Apple charges $379. Lol. These people are con artists. By the way, it’s great this happened, because I decided I was just gonna let Apple repair it, and they did it for free since I was still in warranty, and it wasn’t an...
Read moreI went in just trying to get my phone fixed. I had a good experience with the last employee—he was young, respectful, and actually cared. But this new guy was rude from the minute I walked in, rolling his eyes and giving off attitude like I was a problem. I explained that the previous tech forgot to put the screws back in my phone, and now my screen had broken. He didn’t care at all. I was in a rush, so I still agreed to let him fix the screen for $80. But then he kept trying to upsell me—$50 more if I wanted to talk on the phone, $60 more for Face ID. I told him no, just fix what should’ve been done right the first time. When I came back 30 minutes later (even though he said it would take 15), he slapped the phone in my hand and was clearly mad I didn’t pay for the extras. I looked at the phone, and the screws were still missing! When I asked about them, he told me to go to another store and pay $10 to get screws put in. This place is a scam. They don’t care about fixing your phone—they just want to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Don’t waste your time...
