WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Stonecrest

I ordered through DoorDash and the Dasher brought my food 20 minutes later than the time that was estimated then brought the wrong food. I called DoorDash and they refunded me and ordered my exact order again and it still came out of my account.. Then, The second dasher brought only one order of the two that was placed. The Dasher also told me he almost left without my drinks but he fixed them himself. I tried to call to speak with a supervisor or manager so I could resolve the issue but the operator came on and said the number was no longer in service. I was not feeling well which is why I ordered from DoorDash. Not to mention the food was not good. I was extremely disappointed and I will never order from this...

My first and last time at this location. I should’ve went with my first thought when I walked in and almost passed out from all the chemicals I inhaled from the nail shop next door. I was needing something on my stomach so I gave them a chance. Second red flag was no one was in there or came in while waiting on my order. The food was old and cold. Fries tasted like they been sitting for hours and the wings were so old they start shrinking up plus they had no flavor. How you mess up honey hot, but they hidden those wings on the bottom. Poor customer service, I ordered the 2pc whiting fish platter which is advertised to be accompanied by fries, coleslaw, and hush puppies. The cashier took my order when my number was called to receive my order, i noticed the coleslaw was mixing. When I asked about the missing item I was told it didn't come with the platter. So I turned to the in-store menu the clearly stated the items included. So I asked was the item out of stock or not included. I received a sharp reply they were out of coleslaw. I purposely choose this establishment for this particular dinner and was very disappointed by the treatment received from the staff...
