I’ve come to this salon a few times and left many pictures and positive reviews showcasing how happy I was with the work that was completed. I feel I’d be doing a disservice to other customers not updating my review after my most recent set. I did go to a different tech this time as I had to walk in due to a time crunch, the new tech that I had was very nice but many issues I had with the service given. I asked for a very particular and simple thing. A thin French tip fill. Not only was I charged the same price I pay for a full set but the work was sloppy and not what I wanted. You can literally see the acrylic base on each nail and this could have been easily masked with another nude coat before applying the tips. The tips are very thick when I specifically requested thin . The edges of my nail are not fully painted white. I left my old pictures up because my old tech was perfect and did wonderful each time but I updated to include this new poorly done overcharged set. I don’t know if she charged so much because she thought I would not tip (which I do every time for my original tech) or what but I can’t say I’ll ever be back. I got them done a week ago and will be having them soaked off and redone at another establishment. Also, circulation is poor in this salon I’m not sure if it has been this way or if it was the new seat I was in. You may have to bring a mask to prevent inhalation of those fumes. There was no vent fan to catch particles. I get my nails done often and pay very close attention to detail. I won’t name the technician but I will say Id ask anyone else to see pictures first of previous work...

I've been here three times in total and they were all for acrylics, the first two times were decent but I knew nothing about nails. Now graduating cosmetology school, I went back in there for acrylics because prom is coming up. They obviously have zero safety standards and zero infection control guidelines! This place was using the same tools on everyone, without a sight of disinfection. The lady I had buffed the heck out of my nails to where I now have incredibly sore nails! I can barely make any type of movement without my nails aching with pain! She actually buffed part of my skin and completely shed away my cuticles that I bled, and she did nothing about it! Just ignored it like it didn't even happen. She was also a little messy with application, because the acrylic is also on my nail walls so it feels like it's tugging and ripping through my skin. And aside from the nails, SHE WAS ON HER CELL PHONE!!! She was calling someone and when they didn't answer she attempted FaceTime. The phone was laying flat on her station and ringing extremely loud, and instead of paying attention to my nails she would buff while looking at her phone! The total came out to be $40. I really shouldn't have given her a tip but I'm too nice of a person to leave that way. I will probably never come back again. I think I'll try a pricier salon because I'm willing to pay extra to actually feel safe and comfort. I better not get...

If you notice in the negative comments, most of them are from the same group of people who had a bad experience. Ive been going to Le Nails in southpark for years; Almost 10 to be exact. All employees are respectful and go out of their way to give you the best service, however, if you provoke them or treat them any differently than how any employee should be treated, they’re going to step up and say something to you. They’re your mancurist, not your slave. I’ve seen the way some of the people in these comments treat these amazing employees and then come on here and write a bad review because you didn’t appreciate the fact that they defended themselves? Okay! Anyways, I wish I remembered the names of the two amazing women who did a friend of mine and I’s pedicures yesterday on 01/09 around 5. They were so nice to talk to and we joked around a lot. They also did such an amazing job on the delux pedicure. The cleaning was perfect, the massage felt great, and my toes look AMAZING! Lol — if you see my feet you’ll understand the miracle they worked haha. Also I had a woman by the name of diane wax eyebrows yesterday and as someone as sensitive as me, I never met someone who has done them so gentle. I highly recommend you get all your mani/pedi/waxing services done here. It’s affordable and worth what you pay! Also the environment is friendly. Thank You LE NAILS...
