Alex doesn't know what he's doing when making grills. I got my gold grill made here about a year ago and it doesn't fit I called him and told him it hurts my teeth when I put it in said to bring it back. When I brought it back all he did was take some pliers and tried opening them a little bit still didn't help at all was told to keep wearing them and it will adjust which is not true because this is my second grill I have had and my first one didn't have any problems. Just popped in my mind when I cleaned out my car and found them still doesn't fit. If you want a good grill do not go here he will 100% not take his time in making them and you will be unsatisfied when you can't wear them

To your comment about bringing it to your attention after a year I called you multiple times and brought it into you if you read the review you would know all you did for me was use pliers and just told me to keep wearing them I'm not going to purposely...

Took a new watch for a battery replacement. Individuals working at the kiosk took the watch around the corner and began to pound away trying to get the back off. A pin was taken out of the band to get better access to the back of the watch. They brought the watch back and stated they were unable to remove the back cover. As the individuals were trying to put the pin back in the band, it fell to the floor and they were unable to locate it. They did NOT offer a replacement pin for the band. After getting home with the watch, it was noticed there were multiple gouges in the back of the watch and the hands were knocked loose. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Brought my husbands watch in for a new battery. It was in pristine condition at drop off. When we came for pick up they said it would take an additional twenty minutes as they were furiously working on it behind the counter. When we picked it up, the silicone band was broken and barely hanging onto one side of the watch. I know things happen but they took no responsibility for it. Told us it was old and we would just need to replace the band in the near future. It also had glue reside all over it where they tried to fix it. Took it to another watch repair place in the mall and they said we were the second people in two days to have the same experience. I can respect an honest mistake but I expect that if you are paying for a service it should be made right when all doesn’t...
