TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I bought a cake from the Strongsville location last Sunday. When I got it home it was covered with mold. The mold was kinda hard to see through the package. Today I returned to the store and went to customer service. I wish I could say I was greeted by the asst manager but I was not. Instead she just stood there waiting for me to talk so I proceeded to tell her my issue. Instead of apologizing she just asked me where the product was. I explained to her that driving across Strongsville for $4 is not worth my time. I also have no desire to keep the molding cake in my house for a week. well ive got to say this store has some of the best customer service ive seen in a long time. the employees are warm and friendly and some of them are very easy on the eyes. my only complaint is that I can't bring them home ...... anywho there is this one employee that I'll call sal who just blows the whole retailing workforce out of the water in terms of kindness and jollyness. He is a pleasure to have around when shopping for produce and sometimes I time my visits to coincide with his working hours. Safe to say he should be ruling the Marc's hierarchy and be the one with the parrot on his shoulder. This store really needs to educate some of the employees how to act professional and not be rude!! I was there with my mother last week and my mother went to find an employee to ask where something was that we were looking for while I continued shopping. When I went to find her she had just finally found a employee and was in the middle of asking him (my mother is from another country but speaks English perfectly fine, but of course with a bit of a accent) his response to her after her question was...speak English or go back to your country!!!
