Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Strongsville

I go here 3-5 days a week sometimes twice a day, I order the same thing 90% of the time (grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew), yet for the last 3 months only once a week does it have vanilla in it. I know there are shortages, but if you don’t have vanilla and someone orders a drink that requires that, I would assume they would say something about not having vanilla.

I don’t like complaining because I know at the end of the day, the employees are working hard and have a lot on their plate especially during the holiday season, however I spend a lot of money here between myself, my husband and kids and it’s honestly sad that now I have more worry than excitement when I go wondering if they put vanilla in my standard...

the absolute most rude barista i have ever experienced in my life. the cup was FILLED to the absolute top with ice to the point where the coffee in it was just enough to fill up a shot glass. i’m not joking. when we asked for less ice she aggressively dumped it out and made another that was a world of a difference. starbucks is expensive nobody wants to pay for ICE?? then when we asked if there’s espresso in the drink she completely rolled her eyes & said yes & we said we were just wondering what’s in the drink & she gave us the dirtiest look. i have never been treated like this by a starbucks barista ever. it...

Asked for a venti iced cinnamon dolce latte with everything sugar free and they gave me a full sugar drink. Label doesn’t even state I asked for sugar free dolce syrup, asked to add sugar free vanilla syrup, and asked to switch the milk out for heavy cream because I’m lactose intolerant and can’t drink 2% milk which was told to the barista in the drive thru.
