THE BEST BOOKSTORE AND ANTIQUE SHOP. They have the most knowledgeable and courteous owners who make you feel like family during your visit. Unfortunately, this location will be closing soon and they will be moving to A&B fleamarket (building G) in Stuart. Upon hearing this news, we were at first devastated as we had only discovered this magical place within the last year, but where assured that their new location would have the same quality of books and antiques which we had become accustomed to.

Chuckles is a great place to take your kids, family, or friends, as their selection of books accommodates all walks of life (both in selection and budget). We have currently been remodeling our condo and visited them 3 times within 2 days, buying everything we needed for our redecoration.

Along with how helpful and welcoming the owners are, they were also able to help us select the exact pieces we needed at a beyond reasonable price (Along with the 80 books we purchased to fill the bookshelf we also purchsed from them) including assisting us in measuring, and providing tips on mounting for the art we purchased.

As long as Chuckles remains in business, regardless of where they settle, we will continue to visit these wonderful people and support their business.

For those who might not have realized it, Chuckles has moved from Hobe Sound to the B&A Flea Market in Stuart, FL, Building "G5", which is along the back in the NE corner of the B&A Market. Their shop is open all week long and not just weekends.

If there was ever a shop where you could enter and never want to leave, this would be the one. Their selection of furniture and accessories are timeless and all carefully selected and beautifully appointed. I want everything in here. Mark my words, as much as Millennials, currently, do not like brown furniture (wood), they will be swayed to buy it once they realize everything they own looks like everyone else's (box sterile). Time to buy folks and chuckles has some of the most beautiful pieces you can find at prices more than reasonable. A mix of antique and modern works so well if you select the right pieces. I will say it again.. I want everything in here......

And then there are books..... and more books..... and books upon books held up by books on top of books.... this is my favorite place to go for a good read at dollar store prices and I stock my own shelves to the brim. Just be prepared to spend some time here and inform your family members where you are going so they know you were not kidnapped or got lost because time will be suspended in this magical place and you just might want to stay lost in...
