Cellcom handled the outage very poorly. Information was sketchy at best, followed by promises of earning our trust again. Like so many others, I needed to communicate with my doctor regarding a serious medical condition. I had to go to the office to talk to a nurse. When we decided we had had enough and switched providers, we found out that we switched the day of a new billing cycle. We had Cellcom for just a few hours (and we still had no service), yet Cellcom insisted on billing us for the entire month because they don't prorate their bills. In July, when we received our final bill, we did not receive any compensation for lost services.
