I sadly did not have a great experience. Let me first say, all the staff was super nice and friendly! I thought it was a great atmosphere. I don't get a rise out of leaving this review and have rarely done this. I wish I would have had time to talk to someone in person about this but we are from our of town. I was scheduled for bridal hair styling. I left the salon and cried the whole way back to the wedding venue. I had to undo the whole thing and redo it myself. It was not even close to what I wanted and I could've handled that but it also wasn't well done. It looked like the day after I had slept on it or something. I also had a piece of hair that was just sticking out that wasn't fixed. The other two with me also did not get what they had asked for and my sister in law had to help out to fix theirs as well when we got back to the wedding venue. The cost was over $200 and all three of us had to redo our hair. We were on a tight time schedule and I don't like to humiliate people so I didn't say anything at the time and just paid the bill. I suffered from a pinched nerve and was fortunate enough to get in the day as I had made numerous attempts at places in Rapid City , Spearfish and Sturgis and either never got a response or not even a return call and glad it worked out the way it did. As I received some great relief from a very qualified and attentive massage therapist by the name of Marsha Ford. She took her time and focused on my needs and after just a few visits she made a huge difference in my pain relief and I am now a regular customer. Very clean salon and spa menu with a nice vibe. Baylee did my touch up color on a color match and did a flawless job! She’s very precise and gave attention to detail. My bang trim was also done spot on to everything I asked and followed the picture, which is the first time anyone ever did it that right the first time. She was super sweet and didn’t talk too much or too little; I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and my time with her. Would highly recommend and would come again when back in town....
