Very knowledgeable in cookware as well as recipes. The owner went to culinary school so she knows her stuff! I always come here for everything. She matches Amazon prices depending on the situation of supply vs demand as was explained to me by her just as knowledgable son. Just a local shop and with all of the best of the best...
