If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We’ve stayed at this place for 8 years. The water bill, and rent was within reason but the water bill began climbing over the years. We’ve had many leaks in the townhouse which we began to speculate the reason for our water bill being so high was because of the leaks. We spoke with the leasing office they brought out maintenance people to patch it up. Maintenance did not even investigate to see wether our bill being high had to do with the leak. Our toilet and kitchen appliances were outdated, we never complained though. We’ve encountered mouses and cabinets falling off the hinges and our bathroom door would fall off often. When maintenance fixed it I think they assumed we were doing it. It was so bad we did not even want to call maintenance we began trying to fix the toilet and door ourselves. Turns out our toilet was so old they just replaced it. Despite all of this we stayed and tried not to complain much.
Towards the end the rent continued climbing and water bill and then covid happened. Every other day they were switching leasing office agents and we weren’t able to get the covid assistance they offered in a timely matter. Ultimately that caused us to be back on rent for quite some months. We had no support and finally were approved for rental assistance for a number of months.
Then they did not want to renew the lease with us. It was very discouraging knowing that you’ve been so loyal to a business who seemed to cared less about their residents. You’ve managed to handle every set back regarding the apartment but when you fall on hard times that same that same understanding isn’t reciprocated.
Please consider every review about this Townhouse if you plan on looking into it. Take notice of the 1 stars because believe me, they’re not just saying this...
Read moreThe management team here is AWESOME but they can ONLY do but so much in this place. Since I been here people have been moving out left and right because of the HIGH rent increase from what I have learn. And the MAJOR issues the complex have. The people that manage the site is AWESOME but they are dealing with a P.O.S property. Once my lease is up I too will be looking to move. Despite the fabulous service management have given me. Also, to add to injury I also seen termites! That reason and the outrageous rent increase is the main reason which made me put up my white flag. 🏳️ I have to move. They should consider doing 18 months lease renewal to keep people un the property longer. The expenses with fixing up the unit every year is what is cutting into their profits instead of the crazy amount in the rental increases. The owners are hurting themselves. IDK 🤷♀️ what is is about wealthy people that make them lose their COMMON SENSE! The place have so much potential but how they control the unit is not for NO ONE benefit theirs or the tenants. So, if you still do plan to move here have a contingency plan you will...
Read moreI really don’t know where to start. Let’s just say this is my last year here. My rent increased a couple months ago over $200. This place is not worth $500 a month. The kitchen is the best feature of the whole house. Stairs are really loud and crackly going up as well as most of upstairs. The floors crack so bad. I recently caught a huge rat (yes rat) in my room. Last year I had a baby mouse in my room. Calling the office is useless. I had to hire someone to get him out. Crime is increasing. My sister sent me videos from ring door bell the other night boys were breaking Into peoples cars. The first year I saw security ride through at night but not anymore. The leasing agents and maintenance changes every month it seems like. Maintenance request are untimely and half done. Every stool in my house run all day randomly. Water bill is outrageous and we are charged a monthly pet fee but you have to call and ask to have someone come spray. The light has been out in my parking lot almost a year. There’s more but this is what comes to mind immediately. At this point I’m counting down until next May when I can move out of...
