Kohl's — Local services in Suffolk

I purchased T-shirts, and suit pants. I was in line waiting for register to open. All cash registers were opened. Two representatives were talking and the last register the rep was standing there, looking down. She is an elderly lady, with white hair. She looked up and sarcastically said “Are you ready”. I said, I have been standing here waiting for a register to open.

I approached her register and started putting my garments on the counter. She started fussing and said not to clutter her area. The counters are not small and I had only a few items. I said why are you fussing at me. It escalated from there with her not stopping fussing. I asked for another rep to ring me up. I asked for a Manager and was given an excuses and did not meet with the Managet.

I made my purchase and left the store. I was very uncomfortable and displeased with the customer service. As a result, I will be returning the items I purchased...

I live in Suffolk Va I've tried several times to sign up for my rewards on my android and even ask at Customer service in store it want let me sign up NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. I've spent lots of money in this store never to get rewards cash back etc. I tried this morning to purchase a Henkels Knife block set for my kitchen but since I can't get any help and your Customer service department is closed I'm guessing I'll take my business...

I don't shop there or even look around in their. I have been there in the past and it's hard to get someone to help if you want to Find something.
