Hello, today I went back to Robert’s Furniture after a mishap in delivery of a TV table/stand and after much discussion we came to an amicable agreement and a new table was offered and I am well pleased….My husband even got the other table that was delivered in error for his man-cave….(because I am not a fan of sliding doors for my craft room)…I want to give a shout out to agent Mike for assisting in correcting this error… We are a military family, I with 20 yrs active service, my husband with 27 yrs, my elder son with now 23 yrs and younger son with 20 yrs and still continuing to serve this great country…We pride ourselves in the honor code and appreciate Mike in helping to make this right for us…I am elderly and disabled but want to commend Robert’s Furniture for making this a pleasurable and easy shopping experience for disabled customers….Again I am appreciative of all the help offered in making this a pleasant experience and making this a wonderful shopping endeavor…OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE to...

Roberts Furniture in Suffolk has a great selection of furnishings and the manager, Bill, is super nice and easy to work with. Very attentive with all our questions and concerns.
