We absolutely loved visiting the cafe inside the Pinner House. The charm of it really stole our hearts, so much so we went two days in a row. The first day was amazing, definitely a core memory for us as the experience and food was amazing. The coffee served was soooo smooth & the presentation was really what blew us away. Phoebe took our order and was such a doll. She was so kind and personable! The second day we visited was much busier, and while the staff was still very kind, the presentation of our coffee lacked as we were giving to go cups although we were dining in. The young man serving the food seemed really irritated and grumpy. He was walking around just looking very unhappy to be alive and it definitely ruined our experience a little bit. One out of orders was put in wrong and he argued with us and gave attitude although we were so understanding, we just wanted the correct sandwich. I’m still giving 5 stars because our experience was the first day was just that stellar.

The Pinner House is a dream to visit. The grounds are gorgeous and thoughtfully maintained, every pocket of this property is magical and I’ve been itching to book a stay. We stayed in the carriage house and for two people it was perfection. Both bedrooms are very clean and comfortable, the kitchen was nice to have available to us and the living area was a fun place to relax and play board games all night. The view from the porch is incredible and we were lucky to have great weather to really spend a lot of time relaxing there. If I could describe our stay in just a few words it would be “it’s in the details”. From the stained glass windows to the warm delicious breakfast to the kind and welcoming vibes of the owners, no area of our stay was under looked in any way. This b&b is a Suffolk gem and I would recommend it to anyone coming from near or far.

Baby Shower Event The Pinner House is truly an amazing event space inside or outside. I knew instantly that their inside area would be perfect for my baby shower high tea. Kris and her team had recently just added high teas to their events. This allowed my baby shower to be all in one, event space and catering. The planning was flawless and so easy. I pretty much showed up and added a few baby shower touches, but minimal decorations were required since the inside is beautiful. Food was delicious! I had a few friends who were gluten free (slipped my pregnant brain) and they easily accommodated them on the spot with chicken salad over lettuce, fruit, and they already had some gluten free sweet treats. My friends raved about the baby shower and the beauty of The Pinner House. Many have been back for Cafe Devina coffee truck and to sit in the garden.

The Pinner House is 5 star accommodations! We have stayed a lot of places but the service you get here might be the best! ||This is our second stay and both have been amazing! For this stay, I made a mistake on the days I booked and the owners were so helpful in letting us change our dates when we got there including a room swap. I also had to take an important unexpected work call and the owner was so helpful in making sure I got set up in the strongest internet connection area. ||The accommodations are clearly designed for the guests with soft linens including robes, plenty of coffee and tea, snacks, plenty of blankets and pillows. The decor is inviting but not stuffy. The main house is exceptionally decorated and well organized. ||If your schedule allows for it, wait around for the breakfast at 9a. We had plenty of food and everything tasted amazing both times. Warm scones, yes please!! ||The toiletries were Beekman 1802 which is a luxury brand that is so good. ||There are plenty of outside seating areas but it was so cold we weren’t able to enjoy them. ||I can’t wait to come back. I would even be willing to increase my visits to my in laws (why we are in the area)...

Ok, what you see on the web-site is not what you get, You get SO MUCH MORE!! The Pinner House Boutique BNB offers an atmosphere of pure elegance and charm that reflects the host's character and personality, they have gone above & beyond in great detail to make your stay a memorable experience. And, we stayed in the middle of the week, which offered us the 5,000 sq.ft. house all to ourselves, and we were told to just make ourselves at home, and we did just that! It was quiet and peaceful, the grounds are immaculate and well planned out for a sight and sound experience you will never forget, we took so many pictures to remind us of our stay, until we come back again, and we are already planning our next stay. Kris & Allyn are the most attentive hosts of any BNB we have stayed in, responding quickly to any needs we may have had. Kris's Breakfast of a European Continental flare was excellent and prompt. My wife & I recommend The Pinner House Boutique BNB to any First Time BNB or any Veteran BNB Stayers 100%, you will not be disappointed. Thank You Kris & Allyn for a most enjoyable stay at your...
