Brandon House Furniture — Local services in Suffolk

I decided to buy local and help out a small store. BIG mistake. I found 2 nightstands and they were to order the nightstands, dresser and mirror for me. This was on November 22. I called back the next day because I forgot to ask about a military discount. The woman that sits at a desk there answered and said she'd have Brandon call me back. I called back a couple hours later and she plays clueless, but finally they agree to free delivery. A couple weeks later, I call to see where my order was? Clueless says it takes 4 to 6 weeks for orders. Another 6 weeks later at 1230 am, because I'm upset, and I call back and when Clueless tries to get away with saying orders take 6 to 8 weeks the next day. I had my husband call and they say the nightstands are there, but the dresser and mirror are to be shipped this week (1/13/25). Over 2 months they've had my money. Over 2 months they've not provided any updates, apologies, furniture or service of any kind. Someday I will learn, no good deed...

First off, I would like to say that they have phenomenal furniture at a good price. Brandon is a great resource of knowledge on furniture and has a very extensive list of manufacturers with exceptional quality furniture. For this factor alone, this is a very worthy store.

The reason I gave it 4 stars is because one of their employees left me a voicemail and spoke ill of my consistent calling for a status on our purchase, because she didn't honor her word by calling back. This only loses one star because, with the pandemic, all furniture stores are scrambling to take care of ALL of their customers who've been patiently waiting for many, many months for manufacturers to get back to full production.

they are full of crap my sister was about swipe her card for a kitchen set they claimed to be on sale it was 3700 she don't live in Suffolk but i do so she called me to see what i thought about it i went there and noticed that they were only giving her like 200 off i told her don't do it as we were leaving some man came behind us and said that deal is for today only she said ok and we left i took her a few blocks up to Robert's furniture as soon as she walked in she fell in love with a beautiful kitchen set with 6 chairs with the military discount and a 5 year warranty she walked out paying 720 i delivered it to her home. here it is 2 weeks later and that so-called sale is still going on i spoke about it on their Facebook page and they blocked me 😭😂🤣 anywho let's see them block this...
