Don't let the photos of this place fool you. I've lived here for 7 yrs and have watched it decline/deteriorate steadily since I've been here. Especially the last 2 yrs. My last rent increase was over $150 a month. I once got a lease violation for puttingmuy garbage bag outside in frontof my door. I did this because the trash dumpster wasn't there. It was being emptied. I explain this at the office, but they didn't care. The A/C units are old and inefficient and always breaking down. I'd move, but I'm disabled and on a fixed income and can't afford it.(Tho I imagine if they read this I might get evicted.) The maintenance men are the only bright spot if this place...tho none of them speak Englian. The grounds are full of dying are dead plants. All of which could have been saved with a little watering. We used to have shrubs in front of all the outside Air Conditioning units, but they were all cut to the ground (100's) so they could so some repairs to the siding on the buildings. Now we have dead stumps everywhere. Some of the tenants are the problems with the place being full if trash...empty can and beer bottles and paper garbage. I've never seen a place where you find old chicken bones and corn cobs just thrown on the side walks. Sometimes as I walk the grounds I have too avoid dog droppings💩on the side walk. Once the grass was so high it was up to my knees and I'm pretty tall. They rent to illegals which fascinates me, because when I got here I had to show my identification and social security number. So how do the Illegal Immigrants get these apartments? ($$$) They also skip out on their leases in middle of the month and move out in the dead night when the office is closed so they don't get caught. In imagine this place only has a 50-60% occupancy rate, So I imagine they'll rent to anybody. I could go on and on, but if you've read this far you hey my point. Right now one of my neighbors is playing his music so loud the my bedroom wall is vibrating. I'm going to bring this to a close, but I think you get my point. Shop around. I'd move but I can't afford the deposit on a new place and of need help moving as I can't do...

OMG DO NOT .... EVEN TRY To live here. The Positive reviews are not true. They come from family and friends of the management. There is no way this place is a positive place ever..

The Managager and office team are disgusting, rude ugly, cold, lies after lies, unorganized, racist, talks foreign language in front of She thinks people don't understand, (Haha I understood everything she said and it wasn't nice). They are disrespectful, moody, PMS'ing, when you walk into the office it feels uncomfortable. I have seen the people from the office talk TRASH to residents, guests even the and employees and each other in the office! I was forced to use an electric company she sells. There's no way I would recommend this place to anyone. so long the witches work there.

the place is infested with roaches, pot holes, sewer backs up continuously, when I call for maintenance, it's a hassle. Last time she said, "again?".

I've been living here for 10 months And counting the days. If I break the contract I'm doomed and If I Stay I'm even more doomed, sacrifices.

I will Not live here for free, ever.

There's a lady that cooks tacos or something in the back and sells it! I doubt she has a health license and permit to operate there.

Tow truck comes by and takes everyone away who is parked tail in 1st. I am not allowed to have guest visit me, where will they park? NO GUEST PARKING. There is a handmade sign saying that the wrecker service is coming by tonight to move cars that are illegally parked! Yes a hand made sign!

The residents All talk about moving out complain a how the community is being run and can't wait to move out. People are moving out everyday! That tells you the kind of place this place is! I have plenty of pictures I will be posting... I just discovered ...

These people are not the best. I have been lied to and told that the supervisor is not available, then once my sister appeared in the office the supervisor was sitting in her office. They have Spanish speaking staff answer the phone who cant understand English. So when you call and you don't speak English you cant get questions answered. One time I complained about my door frame being cracked and I couldn't lock my door, which made me scared for me and my kids safety and belongings. They said that I kicked my door in, and it was my fault so they couldn't replace it. After a week of arguing with them they finally came and fixed my door, they didn't replace the frame they just bootlegged it and jammed some caulk in the crack. I have no more energy left for these people. They have no compassion there tenets. And treat us as if we are suppose to live in slums. The maintenance men are GREAT however. And the complex is QUIET at night. But the parking is horrible, the plumbing system sucks. And the owners only do what they can to keep everything together , rather than investing quality products into the apartment. Im more than prepared to go to court with these people. Whats sad is because they have proved to be liars. I made them sign my 30 day notice to vacate and date it, so that they wont have they opportunity to say that I broke my lease. Cant wait to get away from these...
