There truly should be an option here for rating a company with less than 1 star, as of right now allowing them even the 1 star is a little too generous. We contacted this facility for my dad who is going through a lot right now. Three years ago we lost my grandfather (his father) and since them he has taken on the responsibility of caring for my 96 year old grandmother who has both Alzheimers and Kidney cancer, on top of that he is also in the middle of a divorce/separation. So you can see that this was something that he was really looking forward to, something to make him feel good about himself, and he deserves that. When we met with Alonso he looked at my dads face and advised him that he would take ten years off of him. He talked such a huge game about how my dad would be so happy that he would come back again and again to maintain his appearance. You can imagine how excited my dad was. He really felt hopeful, as did I because we believed Alonso. My dad was injected with Dysport on his forehead and 1 syringe of Restalyn on his cheeks. All in all he spent about $750 which isn't a lot of money compared to what most people spend, but its enough. And the issue really isn't even the money, the issue is that taking advantage of people, ripping them off and not setting the right expectations is paramount in running a good business. There is literally no change in my dads appearance from before and after his injections. NONE. We have taken before and after photos and there is no change. I have called the office several times to advise them of our concerns and to update them on the status of my dads injections. The lady who answered was very pleasant and advised us to come in this week for a touch up, which my dad did. He ended up leaving more disappointed then before because they did nothing to make good on their initial promises. I called and spoke with Alonso and let him know how extremely disappointing this was, and he in a nutshell replied that it was our fault because my dad didn't get enough injections to make a difference. I let him know that my dad was going through so much right now, to which he replied well so am I. Simple fact if you know that the products and service that you are selling will not do a thing for someone then you should advise them of that. You don't take $750 from someone and then say "Oh well. You needed more" I would never let someone spend money on service that I was selling knowing full well that it wasn't going to benefit them in the least.
After telling Alonso that we would not just let this go, he then starts asking if I am threatening him. Seriously, he kept saying so are you threatening me? How is saying that we would pursue this in any form a threat? What kind of a person thinks that way? I mean I understand that no one wants to hear that they did a shotty job or that their customers are displeased. I get that, but you got paid. You aren't out a dime, and your only inconvenience is a customer calling complaining. How are you even upset?
Very disappointing how this has played...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have gone to the Sugar Land, Botox RN facility and had great experiences there. Friendly staff. Clean, nice facility. Knowledgeable. Skilled. So, I was confident about using them for a "Pampering Party" I arranged with a group of my co-workers/friends. I set-up the party in-person at the Sugar Land facility, and confirmed the details on the phone with Alonso about a month before the party. I called twice after that, and did not receive a call-back from Alonso. I called the day before the party to confirm details and ask about a special a co-worker had seen listed on FB. I received no call-back. Well... BOTOX RN (Alonso) NEVER SHOWED UP TO THE PARTY. The party was specifically arranged so my friends/co-workers could get Botox in a fun & friendly setting. (Botox RN has a mobile van service). People (like myself) arranged their schedules specifically around getting Botox on 11/8/19. One friend had her family photos scheduled for this weekend and was really counting on getting her Botox. (As was I... I have a family wedding happening). One friend and her sister had never had it, and were looking forward to trying it with the comfort & support of friends around them and a known professional administering the service.
The lack of professionalism exhibited is extremely disappointing. If Botox RN could not attend the party, they should have called me/left a message/texted/emailed... ANYTHING to let me know. This was embarrassing for me, but more-so, this is annihilating to the reputation of Botox RN.
I live right around the corner, but I'm highly unlikely to ever go back there. And I'll certainly NEVER recommend the mobile service again.
Thanks for nothing, Botox RN.
An angry, inconvenienced, disappointed and wrinkled customer....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would highly recommend not to go to this place. Don't fall for the low prices like I did. He will botch your fillers or Botox and will say "this has never happened before". He never wants to take responsibility, he's not professional, he always brags about how much money he has. His "so call assistant/manager" is always following him around, and answering on his behalf. She's not a injector or a nurse but acts like she's the boss making falls claims. She says " 7 out of 10 will have issues with lip fillers migrating". She makes false claims and acts like she's the injector. Mr. Alonso, talks highly of how many years he has been injecting, but fails to provide the proper services. When I went back to get my fillers fix he asked me to pay money for his mistake. Even after getting it re done by him, it is still not fixed. I called the office and his "so call" assistant/manager answered the phone and said "he no longer wants to see us as a clients" instead of fixing the issue. My lips are now uneven, now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. BEWARE he's a FRAUD including his "so call" assistant/manager who is an esthetician. Don't go to her. She acts like she knows what she is doing, and is...
